(1) Why do you think the director quit his job right after he discovered that Linda was still alive and had a child? Why?I think he resigned because it was a shock to him and he probably would have been fired anyway. I think the main reason he quit was because it was such a shame to him that he felt he had to get away.
(2) Do you think that it is good that Bernard is getting more attention by bringing back a "savage?" Why or why not?
I think it is nicer for him because he is getting more attention and people were not treating him like usual, they were treating him like a normal "person." I do think it is better for Bernard but, John is still trying to figure out why all the people are like this.
(3) Near the end of chapter 13, do you think that John would really kill Lenina? Why or why not?
I don't think he would really kill her because you know when people get really mad or frustrated they say things they don't mean. But, he does have a right to be mad!

2. That's what I thought and it would be better for Bernard to get more attention and have people treat him better.
3. I didn't think that John would really kill her either, he just said that to scare here a little.
